Ok….I found one more challenge I want to participate in this year, the Book Blogger Organization Challenge. This one is a little different in that it only runs six months at a time, with this challenge ending at the end of June. I had serious doubts about taking on another challenge, but I think this one is doable for a couple of reasons. First, the challenge doesn’t really have ‘rules’. The challenge is about organization and blog maintenance, and recognizes that each blogger has different needs. So instead there are ‘guidelines’ with each month built around a different theme. And many of these are things I plan to work on anyway.
Right now my plan is to do a post each month, detailing what I did with the theme and guidelines for the month, and looking ahead to the guidelines for the next month. I will track my participation by linking those posts on my 2015 Challenges page.
For a complete explanation of the challenge and a list of challenge rules, check out the sign-up page here.
Here are the January guidelines I will be using to better organize my blogging.
- Reading challenges & resolutions
- Picking challenges
- Making resolutions
- Forming plans
- Picking reading/blogging buddies
